Julie Anne Smith, A.K.A. Julianne Moore is a remarkable Hollywood actress and author who's talents have brought her critical acclaim and recognition. Sagittarius. She was born in North Carolina, on 3rd December, 1960. She is one of the three oldest children to Peter Moore Smith and Anne Smith. Peter was a paratrooper. She's English and Scottish.
